We highly recommend ZBC if you have any construction needs. They built a bathroom in our basement; put in a new bay window in our kitchen and one in our living room. They put wood floors in our kitchen and a 4-season porch and ceramic tile in our entry. But our very favorite project was a beautiful 4-season porch. Painting a house is a costly investment. I wanted it done right with the scraping, caulking and painting. ZBC was our choice based on their inspection of my home, a detailed estimate and excellent execution. They also follow up to make sure the job was done properly and I was satisfied. They scheduled my house for painting and got it done when they said-in time for my daughter’s graduation party. ZBC did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Mel gave us a very fair estimate; let us know when the crew would be there and he came to check on their progress and to make sure we were satisfied. If you have to put on a roof it is nice to deal with a contractor that is there when they say they will be and getting the job done when expected.

Our initial request was that the first floor bedroom and bath addition was to look from the exterior and interior, that it had always been part of the house. The request required a great deal of creativity from Al and the design department, because of the roof line of the original house and garage.
